Noble Suites rents private salon-suite workspaces to independent beauty professionals. We provide private suites with 24/7 access, Wi-Fi, and utilities included. We do not provide salon services to the public, and we do not book appointments for our renters' clients. Submitting a tour inquiry is a request to learn more about available suites — it is not a rental agreement or a confirmed appointment.

Weekly rentals range from $195 to $240 per week. Pricing depends on the suite and current availability, and a confirmed quote is provided only after we discuss your needs. Suite availability, features, and furnishings are subject to change. Suites do not have in-suite sinks; professionals who require water or shampoo facilities must discuss their requirements with us before booking.

Noble Suites welcomes inquiries from barbers, lash artists, makeup artists, and other beauty professionals whose services fit our facility and applicable requirements. We do not guarantee that every profession or service will be approved. You are responsible for holding any license required for your services and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional requirements. We may decline an inquiry or rental at our discretion.

Our tour inquiry form lets you tell us about your business and request a tour. Submitting a request does not create a confirmed appointment or a rental agreement. After you submit a request, Eddie will contact you to discuss your needs and confirm a tour time. A tour is confirmed only when we have agreed on a date and time with you directly.

If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our inquiry form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Noble Suites about your inquiry and rental interest. These terms apply to our SMS messaging:

• Frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on the follow-up needed for your inquiry.
• Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel SMS messages at any time. You may receive one final confirmation message after opting out.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information below.
• Consent: Your SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of any rental or purchase.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You may not misuse our website, submit false or misleading information, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. All content on this website — including the Noble Suites name, logo, text, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Noble Suites and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Suite availability, features, furnishings, and pricing are subject to change, and all information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. We do not guarantee that any particular suite will be available or that any particular service or profession will be approved. Confirm current details with us before making decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noble Suites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, or from any inquiry or rental relationship. Our total liability for any claim related to our website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.

You agree to indemnify and hold Noble Suites harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts located in San Joaquin County, California.
